Weekly Alluviance #110: Sweat, Soul, and Sales: Inside Our Costa Rica Retreat

Your weekly dose of Alluviance!
We just returned from our first international Alluviance immersion at Kinkára in Costa Rica! Our 10th retreat overall, and hands down, the most powerful yet.
Picture this: five days in the lush Costa Rican jungle with 40 driven sales pros, leaders, and founders. Together, we stepped beyond the usual sales chatter and dove deep into the inner work that fuels real, lasting success.
This wasn’t your typical retreat. We didn’t just swap tips or tweak strategies. We embraced practices that stretched us to our core: breathwork that melted away tension, visualization that sharpened our dreams, cold plunges that pushed our limits, waterfall hikes that grounded us in nature, yoga and meditation that restored our focus, and a Temazcal sweat lodge that left us reborn. It was raw, intense, and utterly life-changing.
What hit me hardest was the heart of this community. Every one of us showed up fully. Ready to peel back layers, face our fears, and uncover the purpose beneath the pipeline. At Alluviance, our community isn't just chasing deals. We’re building unshakable confidence, finding meaning beyond metrics, and creating a space where everyone feels truly seen and connected.
Looking back, I think of my early tech sales days. Grinding relentlessly, chasing numbers, and rarely pausing to breathe, let alone connect. Now, I’m beyond grateful we’ve built something different: a movement where the inner game powers the outer hustle.
One participant put it perfectly: “This trip transformed my life in ways I couldn’t have expected. I never thought I’d find a group like this. I’m still pinching myself.”
You know what? We're pinching ourselves too.
Alluviance isn’t just a community. It’s a movement redefining success from the inside out. If you are ready to step into the arena with us, let's chat right away because we're about to sell out our next immersion in May.
